• We give discounts to all safety forces because we want to encourage them to rent with us and be vigilant.
• You must show us and allow us to copy your driver’s license or other official picture ID. You must also allow us to photograph you at the time you rent a storage space
• Post Office Box addresses will not be accepted as a rental address.
• All police forces are invited to train their drug and contraband sniffing dog teams at our site.
• We reserve the right to do background screening of your name for criminal, terrorist or credit purposes.
• For the protection and added security of all, any violations of federal, state or local laws or ordinances that we might note will be reported to appropriate authorities to appropriately prosecute.
• If you want to store illegal or dangerous materials, go somewhere else. You are not welcome here!

Examples of items that MAY NOT be stored or used in your self storage unit include:

• Paint, varnish, thinner, gasoline (unless in a properly maintained stored vehicle) and/or any other highly flammable material.
• Explosives, gunpowder, fireworks, LP gas, or any other form of potentially explosive material.
• Any caustic, hazardous, toxic or radioactive materials, chemicals or waste materials.
• Any drugs or other illegal substances.
• Any goods that do not legally belong to you.
• Any perishable food or other product, or live animal or plant.
