At Broadview Mini Storage, there are no deposits or
administrative fees to worry about, and we offer a variety of
customer discounts.
However, to minimize our costs and keep your rates low, we do
require you to provide us with a current email address for billing
and communication purposes. If you
do not provide us with and/or maintain a current email address
with us, your monthly rental rate will be $10 per month higher
than the rate shown in the table above.
In season, ask us about special rates for winter car storage.
Our discounts include:
- 5% for Chamber of Commerce members, Senior Citizen,
military, and members of a safety force
- 10% discount if you prepay three months rent in advance.
- 13% discount if you prepay six months rent in advance.
- 16% discount if you prepay nine months rent in advance.
- 19% discount if you prepay twelve months rent in
advance.
Payment Methods
- You may make payment by mail or in person, or drop off a
check in the “drop box” located on the wall by the door to
our office.
- Authorize us to charge your credit card each month and
the payment hassles and risks of being late go away.
- You may make payment online by responding to the email
billings we send by providing us with your credit card
information on a SSL secured payment form that you can email
back to us for payment.
- We accept American Express, Visa and Master Card.
Late Payment and Collection
Policies
- Once your account is more than seven days past due, late
fees are charged as permitted by Ohio law and your gate
access is restricted.
- Pursuant to your rental agreement and Ohio law, the
contents of your storage unit are subject to auction if your
account should become past due. Please note that it is our
general policy to hold auctions quarterly.
- We frequently make use of third party collection
agencies to collect past due amounts, including any balance
that remains unpaid after auction proceeds are applied.
Insurance
Broadview Mini-Storage does not provide insurance coverage for
your property and is not responsible for your property.
While Broadview Mini-Storage may offer you an opportunity to
obtain insurance coverage for your goods from a third party
insurance company, you are not obligated to purchase any
coverage from that company.
